• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection and confirmed via email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take 10 to 45 days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

2. Sizing:

   • To avoid sizing issues, our customer service team will guide you in providing accurate body measurements. We recommend consulting our sizing guide for precision.
   • If your jacket requires adjustments despite these precautions, we provide one free alteration. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the jacket to us.
