Our Payment Policy has been designed to ensure smooth business transactions while maintaining trust, reliability, and mutual satisfaction throughout the manufacturing and order fulfillment process.

Customers are encouraged to discuss their preferred payment option with our sales team before order confirmation.
Advance Payment Requirements
To initiate product development, sampling, customization, or production, an advance payment is required.
Our standard payment terms are:
50% Advance Payment before production begins.
50% Remaining Balance upon completion of the order and prior to shipment.
Production scheduling, material sourcing, and manufacturing activities will only commence after the required advance payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Order Completion & Final Payment
Upon completion of production, Eplic Sports will provide customers with detailed order verification materials, which may include:
High-resolution product photographs
Short product videos
Packaging images
Quantity verification reports
Quality inspection updates
This allows customers to review and approve their order before shipment.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the goods are dispatched. Products will not be shipped, released, or transferred to the freight carrier until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
Sample Orders
For sample orders, full payment may be required in advance before sample development and shipment. Sample charges may vary depending on product complexity, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
In certain cases, sample costs may be adjusted or credited against future bulk orders at the company's discretion.
Currency & Banking Charges
Payments are generally accepted in major international currencies, including:
US Dollar (USD)
Euro (EUR)
British Pound (GBP)
Customers are responsible for any bank transaction fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processing costs associated with their chosen payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Security
Eplic Sports prioritizes the security and confidentiality of all financial transactions. We work with trusted banking institutions and recognized payment providers to ensure that all payments are processed securely and efficiently.
Customers should only make payments to officially authorized company accounts provided directly by Eplic Sports. We recommend verifying payment details with our sales department before initiating any transfer.
Delayed Payments
Orders may be delayed, suspended, or placed on hold if payments are not received according to the agreed payment schedule. Any delay in payment may affect production timelines, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
Eplic Sports reserves the right to withhold shipment of completed goods until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Order Modifications & Additional Charges
If customers request modifications, quantity increases, design changes, or additional services after production has begun, additional charges may apply. Any revised costs will be communicated and approved before implementation.
